A calibrated device is the key for each optical measurement problem. This work presents the camera modeling and calibration in computer vision. Tobias Hanning explains the optical camera classic pinhole third derived distorted model of order and shows how to obtain an optimal solution in this model. The limits of the classical model of camera in computer vision are explained and demonstrated experimentally.
