I have this book on a whim while at the bookstore. Everything seemed really interesting. Once I started reading, I would not put. There is just enough humor to keep it from feeling too stilted and just enough intrigue to keep to be too soft. The idea of a secret spy agency which is designed to monitor the supernatural events of the world is not new, but the author takes and makes it his own. There are specific parts of the book/conspiracy that remind me of xmen, buffy the vampire slayer, xfiles, harry potter - but at the same time not bad way. The book mixes all those together very well. It is a good read from beginning to the end. I look forward to read more of this author! To learn more...
