This book presents a functional calculation for tuples of commuting not necessarily linear operators. In particular, a functional calculation for quaternioniques linear operators is developed. These calculations are based on a new theory of the hyperholomorphicity for functions with values in a Clifford algebra: the so-called monogenic functions slice that are carefully described in the book. In the case of functions with values in the algebra of quaternions, these functions are named slice regular duties.Except for the annex and the introduction, all the results are new and appear for the first time organized in a monograph.
