The God maimed (by Steven Erikson)

The book that fans of Erikson's Malazan series have been nostalgia and fear at the same time, as the battle between good and evil, man and the gods plays in this regard, the conclusion of this epic series. As usual with Erikson substantial casting was nothing less that huge and fascinating cultures varied and above all, that the author during this cycle of ten book create players of principle that cares about the reader. While not all have survived (Erikson plays for keeps) to face the final challenge, the series was nothing less than a joy to read from the beginning to its end and please readers the world on. While it is sad to say goodbye to a great many literary friends breast, written Stevens has made a few other fact epic authors before, it is not only close enough stick to the schedule, but produce a series which had a clear objective and main lines from the outset. Writing leaves early, the prose chasing the pace of how almost manical in such a style that the book was almost impossible to put down and left wondering in place how could I missed some of the indices of previous titles. Really a series that went with a bang and I hope that the readers will be pleased to hear that Steven was hired for more titles in the Malazan world. A real joy to read and if you are ready for a challenge worth reading from the start, once again just to get the most of thi read more...
