Cazaril is a hero much different than Miles Vorkosian. Miles is young and incredibly irresistible, Cazaril is older and wiser. The adventures of Vorkosian/Naismith mapcap early, very entertaining, are much less realistic than the plot in this book. Although the first of a series, book ends happily without the important bits.
