This book not to twist and sensational modern events in a "scare tactic" in the effort to evangelize the drive (as is the case in many writings of prophetic and interperative modern). Hal Lindsey in this work aims to instill a sense of wonder and gratitude for the wisdom, the provision and the reliability of God through the ages. It draws the reader in a worship more close to God featuring several of his righteous attributes, which is the appropriate method that should be adopted by more than the evangelical community.
